Signing in

Use your BattPool email address and password. Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to start recovery, then follow the instructions in the email.

Picks and deadlines

Your league determines when picks lock. Locked games cannot be edited by ordinary members. Contact your league commissioner with questions about league rules or results.

Notifications

Check Account → Settings → Notifications & reminders in BattPool and the app’s notification permission in iOS Settings. You can use the app without enabling notifications.

Delete your account

Open Account → Settings → Delete account. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes your personal account information and signs you out. Shared results remain under an anonymous player identity. If deletion fails, the app displays an error; retry or contact support.
